Terms & Conditions

Membership Enrolment Conditions:

• To enrol as a member, a one-time fee of Rs.1100 will be charged.

• Additionally, a yearly subscription fee depends on the membership tier will be charged.

Membership Validity:

• Members will have access to events organised by VH club will be for 365 days from the date of payment of the yearly subscription fees.

• Members are encouraged to renew their membership annually to continue enjoying benefits.

• Membership will be terminated if the member failed to renew the membership before the date of renewal and if the member will not renew the membership within the due date of 1 month, then the membership will be terminated automatically without any prior notice.

• Due date of the membership renewal will at the completion of 1 year. I.e. if the membership is started on the 1st Jan of the 2024 then the due date of the membership will on the 31st Dec. 2024.

• All membership will be validity till 31st December 2028 regardless of date of enrolment of the member.

Membership Upgradation:

• Once the membership is purchased member cannot change the tier for the next one year.

• The member can upgrade the membership at the time of renewal fees payment.

• Upgradation is subject to the availability of the vacant membership slot in the particular tier.

Event Participation:

• Members are encouraged to participate in the free events organized by "VH CLUB”.

• Member will not be allowed to participate in the events if that member failed to renew their membership in given timeline as above.

• VH CLBU will have right to sell passes of free events to non-members as well.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Once the payment is done there won't be any refund of the enrolment fees or the yearly subscription fees.

• In the event of a membership cancellation, benefits and privileges will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• "VH CLUB" reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at its discretion.

• Members will be informed of any changes in advance through official communication channels.

Membership Privileges:

• Privilege related membership type like Platinum, Gold & Silver will be applicable as per convenience of the event venue.

Costs for additional service:

• Extra charges apply for any services that are not specified in the invitation for the event.

Membership Card:

• Members will receive a personalized membership card, which should be presented for access and benefits.

• Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately to "VH CLUB".

• In the event of the lost or stolen membership card new card need to be issued and for those additional charges of Rs. 500 per card will be applicable.

General Compliance:

• Members are expected to comply with all relevant rules and regulations during their participation in events.

• By enrolling in a membership with "VH CLUB," you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution:

• In the case of a conflict or dispute, the final decision will be made by "VH CLUB".

• Any decision made by "VH CLUB" in such matters is binding and final.

• Any despite will be subject to the Deesa jurisdiction.

Other terms & Conditions:

• The club reserves the right to change the event type and venue according to its convenience and availability. The club will notify the members of any such changes in advance through email or phone.

• The club does not guarantee a fixed number of events per year. The club may cancel, postpone, or reschedule any event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, health, safety, or legal issues. The club will inform the members of any such changes as soon as possible.

• The club expects the members to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards other members, guests, staff, and venue owners. The club has a code of conduct that outlines the expected standards of behaviour and the consequences of violating them. The club may terminate or suspend the membership of any member who breaches the code of conduct or causes damage or harm to the club or its reputation.

• The club is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during or as a result of participating in the club’s events. The members are responsible for their own safety and well-being and should follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the club and the venue owners. The members are also advised to have adequate insurance coverage for themselves and their belongings.

• The club may update or amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The club will notify the members of any such changes and post the updated version on the club’s website. The members are expected to review the terms and conditions periodically and comply with them. The continued use of the club’s services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
